Watch it
take shape.
Ivy No. 11 is under construction at 11 Ivy Street. Here is where the building stands today — from the air, and from inside the frame.
Out of the ground, under cover.
The structure is topped out and weathertight. Windows are set, the roof membrane and stair bulkheads are complete, and exterior siding has begun — which means the interiors can now be built out through the winter regardless of the weather.
Foundation & structure
Excavation, foundation, and three stories of framing, topped out to the roof deck.
Roof & bulkheads
Roof membrane laid and the stair bulkheads framed for the penthouse roof decks.
Windows & weather barrier
Black-framed windows set and the full ZIP System envelope sealed against the weather.
Exterior siding
Fiber-cement cladding going on elevation by elevation, over the sealed envelope.
Interior fit-out
Rough-ins, insulation, and board, followed by millwork, stone, and finishes.
Progress shown is current as of the latest site visit and is subject to change.

Inside the frame
Two short walkthroughs filmed on site — the building as it stands, and the design team working through the homes room by room.
Best with sound.
Follow it through
The best way to understand the building is to walk it. We run hard hat tours by appointment as construction allows — or register and we will keep you posted as the homes are released.
Tours are by appointment and subject to site conditions. Hard hats and closed-toe shoes are required, and are provided on arrival.
